Creative learning

well i dared not say how i’ve now come to certain terms with this blog thing but atm i’m not doing to bad, ever since i first saw the design of my blog it reminded me of pride and prejudice my all time favourite movie/bbc drama adaption/book- i’ve seen all the diffeent versions of this and all other jane austin related dramas, and even am such a fan that i saw the kiera knightly film version despite my dislike of the actress!! so this is why (for those who wonder why i have a picture of Elizabeth and Mr Darcy), hmmmm i do love it so.

i alway think that when i get to the point when writing in my diary that i ask my self what i should write about then i should stop as this is not just my free writing but having to think about things which to me is not what keeping a diary is all about, and yet i just asked my housemates hmmmmmmm what shall i write about and i’ll link this aqain to me being insecure about what others may think about what i’m writing so goin to sign of now

so creativity … since i have been having such a hard time personalsing my page and making it truly me1 i decided to be uniquely creative and allow my housemate to design my page for me sooooo thankyou hugh who has added pics and links and basically upgraded my once stoically boring blog page!!!

– hmm now going to try and add people to my blog roll!

all i want to do is add a picture to my heading of my blog but no stupid computer won’t let me!!!! i know i know its an inadement object how can i blame it but the video wont load so i can learn how to do it! sob sob

gonna try again (whilst trying to remain calm)

well i’m happy to say that i finally have my creativity blog actitive and working, although atm i’m still struggling with personalising it i can at least start blogging! yay! Ive always been slightly technologically challeneged so you’ll have to excuse me if anything or most likely everything goes wrong with my accout, but hopefully having to blog on a day to day basis will improve my technology skills as well as my creative ones.

when i first discovered that we would have to be keeping a blog throught this term for these lectures i thought it’d be quite easy based on the fact that ive kept a diary for as long as i can remeber but its so different from that, for one thing in my diaries i can write whatever i want without the fear of being judged or reprimanded whereas writng on this theres the constant thought with me that what if people dont like what i write and find it weird? the writing activity we did in the first lecture relates to this in a way as when we first wrote sophie stated that no-one would read what we wrote, then the second time she warned us that the person next to us would be reading it so personally for me this quite possibly limited what i wrote as my ihibitions kicked in, although at this point things weren’t to bad as the person next to me was a good friend, it wasn’t until we were sharing what we’d written with people i was unsure whether i knew that i stopped writing about personal memories and started to write more about mundane things such as tv programmes etc…as then there is limited amuonts of judgment, if you know what i mean?
